Boston’s own Mr. Sister has scheduled two upcoming performances to showcase her self-described “weird folk”. This Grinding Tapes artist has been collaborating with Faces on Film’s Mike Fiore. Catch them on May 1st at Cantab Lounge in Cambridge and on May 11th at TT’s!

The Points North (formerly S Joe Hazelwood) are well known in the Boston area for their delicately elegant take on traditionally-routed indie folk. The newly renamed three-piece are slated start recording their sophomore release on analog tape this spring.
